New Temp Server

As Tomtaru said in his post he has set up a temp 8 slot server. He set me up as Moderator so I could add people to the Regular group and they could start building. Unfortunately he forgot to give me permission to do so and he has left for work already, BUT you can build anyways for some reason lol. I can't add you to the regular group so you still be a newbie =D
